Hi, I'm Kristin Meador!
Kristin Graduated from The University of Tennessee with her Bachelor's and Master's in Accounting. She became a Certified Public Accountant shortly after and worked tirelessly at a Big 4 accounting firm, earning the promotion of Senior Auditor. After reaching her corporate life threshold, Kristin traveled the world before creating her own firm.
When Kristin founded Gradient Accounting, she was quickly able to fulfill all her passions: being a digital nomad, working as an accountant, and helping fellow small business owners achieve travel dreams of their own.
Along with traveling internationally for about 3 months each year, Kristin loves exploring her hometown of Knoxville, TN, and the beautiful nature of the Great Smoky Mountains.
Hi, I’m Kacey Mills!
Kacey graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Business with a Concentration in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. Kacey has over ten years of corporate accounting and tax experience. Working in the tax and action sports industries, Kacey has been exposed to many facets of accounting and has an amazing understanding of GAAP standard accounting.
Kacey is a Quickbooks Proadvisor and Xero Certified Advisor, and is passionate about helping others understand their business’s numbers, while reaching a state of financial peace in their personal finances.
Kacey is a Tennessee transplant from southern California who loves the beach, exercising, a good glass of wine, and spending time with her family.
Hi, I'm Jeremy Cotroneo!
Jeremy is an IRS Credentialed Enrolled Agent (EA) and Quickbooks Proadvisor, and he has a B.A. in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. A California native, Jeremy's passion for travel has led to him setting down roots in Tuscany, where he spends most of the year.
Jeremy is our resident "foodie" who loves immersive traveling, learning foreign languages, and trying new cuisines, in the process searching for the perfect drink with a view. Passionate about the outdoors, he aims to walk the entire length of the Via Francigena thru-hike, traversing Italy from north to south on foot.
Hi, I’m Hazel Savilla!
Hazel graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from San Beda University, Philippines. She is a Staff Accountant, Xero Certified Advisor, and basically an accounting ninja with 10 years of experience in the field. She works hard behind the scenes maintaining our clients' bookkeeping, while making sure everything is accurate and the details are not forgotten.
Hazel is a super bubbly, fun-loving, and driven person. She loves working with data and making them pretty on google sheets learning fancy formulas and codes. She loves the stock market and recently got into crypto as well (HODL! :p). As a Gradient girly, she loves to travel and explore the world---learning the language and culture (mainly food).
Our business has grown by leaps and bounds since we began working with Gradient.
Kristin and her team are more than just accountants and bookkeepers. We really do consider them to be partners in the business and appreciate not just the accounting services we get from them, but also the moral support and encouragement they share.
